The designated enrollment period Monday, September 15 through Friday, September 26, by 5 p.m. CT.:
Unlike previous years at Liberty Hospital, benefits from 2025 will not automatically roll over. If you do not sign up during the enrollment period, you will not have coverage in 2026.
Enrollment toolkits were mailed to employee homes for arrival the week of September 2. Inside, all employees will find a letter explaining your eligibility for benefits with the health system in 2026. If you work 0.5 FTE or more, you’ll also receive:
