MyHealth at Home DME

Employees enrolled in the Signature or HSA Advantage medical plans can use the health system’s MyHealth at Home store and get Durable Medical Equipment at the most affordable health system network rates (see chart below), as well as an employee discount of 5-25%. MyHealth at Home offers significant savings compared to in-network or out-of-network providers.

Equipment available

Durable Medical Equipment (DME) are medical devices and supplies that are medically necessary, used at home and intended to be used for an extended period. The list of DME is wide-ranging and includes CPAP devices, breast pumps, orthopedic braces, walkers and other mobility devices, oxygen, bath aids, and more.

The equipment is available at the MyHealth at Home store and may be picked up or delivered. After you meet your deductible, you’ll pay the coinsurance percentage indicated below for both the HSA Advantage Plan and the Signature Plan.

How to get durable medical equipment from MyHealth at Home:

  1. Call 913-942-6100.
  2. Stop in the MyHealth at Home store, 6357 W. 119th St.,
    Overland Park (at W. 119th, and Metcalf Ave.), to pick up or have the DME delivered to your home.
    • The store hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. CT, Monday-Friday.
