Tuition support

We encourage you to invest in your personal development and career growth through formal education. The health system will reimburse benefits-eligible employees (0.5 FTE and above) who have at least 12 months of service. Up to $3,750 is available per calendar year for completing approved college courses at an accredited institution. Part-time employees receive tuition reimbursement at a prorated amount based on FTE. The lifetime benefit maximum is $15,000.
